Dear Prof. Stan

And Dear All

Topic Title: Should Right Be Universal?

This is to inform you all that my topic is highlight above is my final topic.

Abstract:

The primary objective of this topic is to illustrate everyone to familiar with the concept of the rights and principle in order to practice the right properly. Much more than this, accordingly to everyone even though born different nation and religion they still have freedom, equal, accessed their natural right, dignity from birth. For me I think and support the term of this right that it must be apply to practice everywhere under the rule of law, morality, and equality to mainstream people to deeply know how to use their rights in right way without punishment, avoid of illegality. Anyway through UDHR preamble and article of right clarify clearly about rights in each article to maintain all human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights. So, this topic mainly will contribute to everyone to know the concept of right and principle and natural right as well.

Should you have any comment please post to me.

Dear Rith!

After i have read your abstract from your topic, i want to give you a comment . Do you think when you apply right to everywhere in the same condition it should be trouble or not because every countries in the world has different culture, religion, tradition, and custom. SO when you apply to every countries to the same right. what would happen?

From my view, right should not be the same based on cultutre, religion, tradition, custom of each country in the world.

Dear Mr. Dara
In respect to your question that posted Do I think when I apply right to everywhere in the same condition it should be trouble or not? My answer, of course, it will feedback positive and negative result. You know why? Positive Result states that everyone will secure from fear, discrimation, and they will be free and equal in dignity after their rights applied. Much more than this when the leader of the government adopted this right to apply even the law apply culture, religion, tradition and custom must follow the rule of the law. Well, as you know some culture, tradition, religion, and custom sometimes play seems like big issue to commend everyone to do this and that but do those will benefite to everyone equal in dignity, freedom of speech etc.. I found that those norms play a very strict obligation to everyone in each country follow what they have created. I think it would not make everyone satisfy at all. For the nagative result, indeed, it would cause the natural norm in each country, absolutelt it will destroy some particle of tradition, relition, culture, and custom. Such in Cambodia, in the past, women do not allow to walk fast, not to speak loudly etc.. if these activities happened those women will be faced social punishment based upon the tradition, religion, culture, and custom. But today do you think all women in Cambodia still practice or follow the ancient tradition, religion, culture, and custom? I think not at all.

In conclusion, I think there are two elements will happen as a result one is positive and other is negative. And for me these two must be inter-link to revise, observe to quote the which part is good and flexible to universal and which part is bad and impossible to practice. After the two revise into one to use in the state under the rule of law.

Thank you very much
